About UNMATCHED
UNMATCHED is a New Zealand owned supplement brand, formerly known as Turkesteroine.co.nz. All products are produced in New Zealand. These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases made from it.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment authorisation and pricing accuracy. Prices are shown in NZD and include GST where applicable. If we need to cancel an order due to stock, payment, fraud or pricing issues, any amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only unless stated otherwise. UNMATCHED remains responsible for delivery services arranged by us. If your order is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you on an appropriate remedy under New Zealand law. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not excluded. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law. Change-of-mind returns are generally only accepted for unopened, unused and factory sealed products and may require prior approval.

Always read the label and use products only as directed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by misuse of products or events outside our reasonable control.
